In the field of joint-welding, we specialise in joining large components and particularly high wall thicknesses all the way to solid cross-sections. We are currently undergoing process inspections and testing for unalloyed, low-alloy, and highly alloyed steels with particularly large diameters or wall thicknesses.
We weld new components which cannot be forged in one piece together from several forging parts and repair shafts, rolls, tension rods, tie rods, cylinder rods, or plungers which have broken during use with joint-welding and following mechanical finishing.
Our manufacturing is set up for workpieces up to 30 m in length and ø 2.80 m.
We are naturally also happy to weld circular parts with other geometries such as container sections, ball valves, flanges, and thick-walled pipes and dolphins.
