Computer Aided Design (CAD)
A parametric 3D-CAD system provides:
• 3D design • automated generation of drawings • basis for finite element analysis (FEA)
The finite element analysis is used for verification and improvement of structures: • stess analysis for strength verification • deformation analysis • contact analyse fo sealing areas (especially for metal seated systems) • gap analysis (e.g. for sealing grooves)
Especially for critical areas the stress/strain measurement by strain gauges is used: • experimental detection of strains and stresses • verification of the results of finite element analysis

To ensure product quality, ITAG maintains a process-oriented quality management system according to
ISO 9001 and API Spec Q1 for development, manufacturing, sales, maintenance and repair.
